We are known for creating NASA- and science-related educational activities, including Astronomy Village, BioBLAST, the International Space Station Challenge Electricity and Power in Space, and other distance learning programs funded through our NASA-sponsored Classroom of the Future program.

The CET’s mission is to improve teaching and learning of science, technology, engineering, and math by designing and creating curriculum supplements and offering innovative distance learning opportunities.

To encourage more students to explore the STEM areas – to gain skills and knowledge and experience career options, NASA is collaborating with the Center for Educational Technologies (CET) on this activity-badging project. The CET – in partnership with Project Whitecard – was one of the developers funded by a grant from McArthur Foundation and Mozilla, Inc.
